Hello With Love – Terms and Conditions

Thank you for shopping with Hello With Love.

These terms and conditions apply to all items ordered from Hello With Love and by placing your order you agree to be bound by them. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time-to-time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

When you purchase something from our store, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, in order to provide you the best possible service.
With your consent, we hold this information to send you emails and keep you updated with regards to new products and specials. If you would like to opt out of this service, please unsubscribe via the link in the email, or contact us anytime at hello@hellowithlove.com.au.  We will not provide your personal information to any third party, unless we are required to do so by law, or with your consent. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.

All material on this site, including, but not limited to images, logos and illustrations, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights which are owned and controlled by Hello With Love. Such material may not be copied, republished, reproduced, uploaded, modified, transmitted, posted, or distributed in any way without the consent of Hello With Love.

The use of this website and these conditions is in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any legal action arising out of its use shall be brought and enforced under Australian laws. By using this site, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Australia and any legal action pursued by you shall be within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia

Our products

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the contents of each survival kit. If you have specific product related questions, please contact hello@hellowithlove.com.au

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Product Substitutions

Substitutions may be necessary from time-to-time, to ensure your order is delivered without delay. Hello With Love takes the utmost care and attention to ensure that your order is as similar as possible to the requested item, without compromising on quality.

Purchase of products

When you place an order on our website, we will send you an email to the email address provided by you during the checkout process. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until we send you a confirmation email.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

Price and payment

We only accept payment via PayPal. This option allows you to pay any way you like, including with any major credit card, or with your Paypal account. You do not require a PayPal account to place an order. Hello With Love cannot view and does not store any of your credit card details, so rest assured your credit card details are secure and private.  For more information regarding Paypal’s security and privacy policies, please visit www.paypal.com.au. Full payment for your purchase must be made before we can dispatch your order.

Our products and services attract a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. All prices advertised on hellowithlove.com.au are inclusive of GST and are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Packing and Shipping

We currently only deliver our survival kits to Australian addresses. If you wish to request a delivery outside of Australia, please contact us at hello@hellowithlove.com.au to see if international delivery is possible. Additional postage fees may apply. If international delivery is possible, any customers outside of Australia will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

As each order is personalised and hand-packed, please allow 24-48 hours for personalisation, packing and postal lodgment. We currently use Australia Post to deliver our survival kits and their standard delivery times apply once lodged. We will notify you once your kit has been posted.

We aim to lodge most orders on the next working day after ordering.

Please note that we do not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

The postage cost is free within Australia.

We reserve the right to change our postage costs at any time without notice to you. The cost of your postage will always be confirmed at the time when your order is placed.


Please double check your order before finalising the checkout. Once your order is confirmed, we’re unable to accept cancellations. We’re happy to assist you in any way we can in the selection of a survival kit, please contact us at hello@hellowithlove.com.au if you would like assistance.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

Each survival kit will be posted with a tracking number, however Hello With Love cannot take any responsibility for lost or damaged mail once it has left our care. Great care is taken when packaging orders for shipment, and each survival kit is inspected thoroughly before it’s sent.

If the survival kit arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours with your order number, photographs and description of the damage as it arrived to you. We’ll assess damage on a case-by-case basis and it’s at our discretion to determine whether an item can be returned and replaced on the basis of damage. Furthermore, we’ll refuse a damaged return if you haven’t sent us an email notification and appropriate corresponding photographs within the specified time period after the order is received.

If your order is deemed as having been damaged in transit, in most cases we will provide you with a replacement where possible. The damaged item must be returned to us in an un-used condition, including all original tags and packaging. All return shipping costs are payable by the customer.

Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your return, refund and/or replacement has been processed.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if they don’t meet the conditions above.
